A 24-hour notice is required when rescheduling or canceling an appointment. We require a minimum of four days notice for e-mail reservations, which are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Groups of 4 or more will be charged 20% Gratuity added to their services.  There is a 72 Hour Cancelation Policy for all groups. 

We highly recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your service if you want to use our spa amenities which include, showers, whirlpool and plunge pool.

We are open Sunday thru Wednesday from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Thursday thru Saturday 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.
