What is the VIP Premier Guest Program?
The VIP Premier Guest Program was designed to reward
clients, such as yourself, for their valued patronage. By
creating a program that offers our Premier Guests special
discounts throughout the year, premier and personalized
customer service and exclusive offers on new products,
services and treatments, Spa on the Plaza hopes to make each
and every one of your visits stress-free, relaxing and
rewarding.

Spa Rewards Points Program
Each time you purchase a day spa service or product, you
will receive ten (10) day spa points for each dollar spent.
When you have accumulated enough points, you can choose to
redeem your points for a free service, or continue to save
for other services. To receive your day spa points, you must
present your VIP Rewards Card at time of payment.

Please take a moment to read the outline of program
benefits, terms and conditions.
1. VIP Card must be presented at time of purchase. If card
is not present, day spa points will not be issued.
2. Ten (10) day spa points will be given for each dollar
spent at Spa on the Plaza. If a gift certificate is
purchased, day spa points will be awarded when the gift
certificate is redeemed- no exceptions.
4. VIP Rewards Cards are not transferable.
5. VIP Discount and E-mail Coupons:
• Valid on services only unless otherwise specified.
• May not be used to purchase retail unless otherwise
specified.
• One per person, per visit.
• Not valid with other promotions.
6. Day spa points are not awarded on shipping charges or
sales tax. Product returns and other financial adjustments
will be deducted from your total points.
7. Program may be terminated or modified at any time without
written notice.
